The IPPF Annual Consultative Meeting with Donors and Partners took place from June 15-17, 2025, in Marlow, UK. The agenda for the meeting was centered on the theme: Lead with Love, Care with Courage.
This gathering served as a powerful call for bold reimagining. During the session, four inspiring Lightning Talks were presented by delegates from Member Associations, highlighting their unique strengths and collective power. These talks emphasized the importance of deepening connections across the continent.
Lightning Talks Presented by Selected Member Association Delegates:
1. Abadi Kalayou – Executive Director, Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE)
2. Lina Sabra – Executive Director, Salama, the Lebanese Association for Family Health
3. Ana Karina de la Vega – Acting Director General, MEXFAM, Mexico
4. Mila Carovska – Executive Director, HERA, North Macedonia
Participants were encouraged to recommit to a shared vision: Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for all—without exception and without compromise. This commitment underscores our dedication to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, has access to essential health services and rights.

In addition to the above sessions, Mr. Abadi Kalayou, Executive Director of FGAE, was given a second opportunity to present on what resilience looks like on the ground, sharing valuable perspectives from Member Associations.
