Branch Office Profile

FGAE Central Area office is established in the year 1984 GC. During this year (2020), the area office has deployed a total of 78 staffs /employees, of which 35 (35%) were female, while the remaining 43 (55%) were male. From this 37 are clinical professionals and 41 are non-clinical staffs.

Implementation site (region, zone, wereda)

FGAE central Area office is located in Ethiopia at the central part of the National Regional States of Oromia and Operate mainly in East Shewa and Arsi Zone with 15 Woredas & 6 Town/City Administrations of ONRS,Of these Six Woredas & Five Town Admins are in East Shewa areas and Nine and One Town administration in Arsi Zone. In addition, 1 Woreda in N/Shewa of ANRS.

Central Area Office has been providing integrated SRH services to the community, with Five static clinics (AMC, ASRHC, BYC, AYC & ASWFCs] 64 private health facilities (family Health networks) and 67   Public facilities like health posts, health centers, hospitals and university clinics aimed to address access to SRH services to the  needy community: the underserved youth and rural women.
