FGAE made a birr 500,000 worth donation to Dessie hospital. The support is received from the new strategic partnership made with Chinese Foundation for Peace and Development.
Apart from 44 million worth humanitarian project based support which was launched in last week at Hilton Hotel. Yesterday, the Association has made an extra donation of medical supplies to Dessie Hospital which can worth 500,000 ETB. The support was made in the presence of H.E Dr. Dereje Duguma State Minster of FMOH with other Federal and regional higher government officials; and Vice President of FGAE Miss Bethelhem Taye and Mr. Getachew Habtie Executive Director of FGAE as well.
In this regard, the Association reached its non-project supports to a total of 5 million both in cash and in kind donations. Of which the distribution were 3.5 million to Amhara, 1 million to Afar and 500,000 birr to Benishangul regions.
