Who Needs Maternal, Neonatal & Child Health Services and What Awaits You
Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH) services are designed for women, newborns, children, adolescents, and families—especially underserved and vulnerable communities—who need continuous, quality care across pregnancy, childbirth, and early childhood. At Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE), MNCH services support the health and survival of mothers and children while contributing to the prevention of avoidable maternal, neonatal, and child deaths.
Through integrated, high-quality facility-based and community-level services, FGAE delivers comprehensive MNCH care including antenatal care (ANC), skilled delivery, postnatal care (PNC), child health services, immunization (EPI), PMTCT, SRH counseling, STI and HIV testing and counseling, comprehensive abortion care (CAC), and referral and linkage. Clients can expect respectful, client-centered services provided by trained health professionals through multiple service delivery modalities, including Family Health Network clinics—strengthening access, quality, and continuity of care for women and children.
