Through confidential, sex-worker-friendly clinics located in high HIV hotspot areas, FGAE provides free, integrated, and comprehensive services under one roof. Clients can expect respectful, non-judgmental, and client-centered care delivered by trained healthcare providers. Services include HIV testing and counseling, care and treatment including ART, STI screening and management, SRH services, psychosocial support, referral and linkage, and continuous follow-up—ensuring safe access to essential sexual and reproductive health services in a trusted environment

We offer free, confidential HIV and STI services for key populations, particularly Female Sex Workers and their partners, through FGAE’s SRH and sex worker–friendly clinics in high HIV hotspot areas.

Services are delivered by trained, non-judgmental providers through integrated, one-stop HIV, STI, and SRH care tailored to client needs.
Compassionate, Non-Judgmental & Integrated Services
All services are delivered by trained healthcare providers using a sex-worker-friendly, non-discriminatory approach. Clinics are conveniently located near places of work and operate during hours suitable for clients. Integrated “one-stop” services include STI screening and management, sexual and reproductive health services, family planning, cervical cancer screening, comprehensive abortion care, SGBV response, psychosocial support, referral and linkage services, and provision of basic care kits—ensuring respectful, accessible, and holistic care for every client.
